This cookie policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage technologies used on the www.kutbu.com website (the "Website") operated by KUTBU YAZILIM BİLİŞİM TEKNOLOJİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. ("KUTBU"), the purposes for which they are used and how you can manage your preferences. Our core principle is simple: we do not sell your personal data. On the Website we use only the items strictly necessary for the site to work without your consent; all other items are activated only with your explicit consent. Although this category appears in the cookie settings, no marketing or advertising cookies or tracking pixels are currently used on the Website.

A cookie banner is shown on your first visit to the Website. Strictly necessary items work without your consent; preference items are created only when you make a choice (e.g. change the theme). Google Analytics is loaded only if you accept the "analytics" category in the cookie banner. Unless you consent, the Google Analytics script is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. Google Consent Mode v2 is used, and the advertising-related permissions (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) are always set to denied; Google Analytics data is not used for advertising or personalised advertising. The marketing category is currently unused; even if you consent to it, no marketing cookies are set.

You can change your preferences at any time by reopening the cookie banner through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw analytics consent, Google Analytics is stopped and the analytics cookies set by the Website are deleted. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. You can also view, delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. Where these settings are located depends on the browser; they are usually found under "Privacy", "Security" or "Site data". If you block strictly necessary items, some features such as the contact and newsletter forms may not work.

Strictly necessary items are used to deliver the Website securely and to provide the service you request, on the legal grounds under Article 5(2) KVKK that processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, and that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract. Preference items are kept on your device only at your choice and in order to display the appearance you want. Analytics cookies are used on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 5(1) KVKK. Not giving explicit consent does not prevent you from using the Website.

If you consent to Google Analytics, data collected through analytics cookies (e.g. online identifiers, device and browser information, pages visited) may be processed on servers abroad by the service providers Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 KVKK, as amended by Law No. 7499; where appropriate safeguards are not in place, the transfer is based on your explicit consent to analytics cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" link. Transfers relating to the infrastructure on which the Website is hosted and to the e-mail service through which form submissions are delivered are described in our Privacy Policy.

The Website may contain links to other websites. We have no control over the cookie and privacy practices of those sites, and this policy does not cover them. Our separate services, such as KUTBU ID (id.kutbu.com), may use their own cookies; their cookie practices are described separately within the relevant service.
