Frequently asked questions
Why does KUTBU offer this service?
So that you can focus on your studies: we want to spare you the trouble of looking for, or paying for, a small but sometimes annoying service in your software career.
Are my details and files safe?
As with any hosting provider, all your rights apply at KUTBU too. Your details will never be shared with third parties, and no third party can access any content or data you host. We respect your privacy.
How long can I use this service?
For as long as you are studying. Re-verifying once a year with your student document keeps your service active for another year.
How do I point my domain to your servers?
In your domain provider's control panel, update your NS (name server) records to TR.KUTBU.COM, DE.KUTBU.COM and US.KUTBU.COM. Note that DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate fully.
How can I support you?
Focus on your studies, contribute to our country's future and do good work for other good people: that is the greatest support for us. You can also help us reach more people by adding a "Powered by KUTBU" link to the footer of your site.
